Construction Management |
| Overall project success is considerably linked to project safety. All PCA construction inspectors are CPR/First Aid trained, 30-hour OSHA certified, and knowledgeable of industry standards. PCA can also provide safety evaluations to inform and advise the owner of the performance and expectations of potential contractors. Power Consulting Associates’ priority is ensuring contractor accountability so that everyone may go home safely each day. |
Whether the project is small or large, experienced oversight can drastically change the outcome and its viewed success. Detailed engineering review, contract review, and positive contractor relations go a long way in providing an economical and quality project. Another important aspect of CM is providing upfront community relations. PCA will provide updates and handle issues from impacted landowners to promote a positive perspective of the construction activities. |

| A fundamental shift in construction management mentality has occurred over the last few decades, from the “whatever it takes” ideology, to protecting the environment at all costs. While this mindset is prevalent throughout management and engineering, these thoughts still have to be instilled in the common labor force. PCA is devoted to providing the knowledge and training concerning these issues, so that future generations can enjoy nature as we have. |
